GeoAlarms is a mobile application that collects real-time earthquake data from official sources such as USGS, EMSC, and AFAD, providing users with customizable notifications. The Application is for informational purposes and does not replace emergency services.

3. User License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use. The following actions are prohibited:

Modifying, reverse engineering, or extracting source code from the Application
Reproducing or distributing copies of the Application
Using the Application for commercial purposes
Removing copyright notices
Using the Application for illegal purposes

4. User Obligations

When using the Application, you agree to:

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license without notice if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the Application.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will become effective when posted on this page. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul.
